Delicious Australian easy-wash wool is perfect for a warm cozy sweater, blanket, or accessory. Easy-care Fine Merino Wool harvested from sheep ethically raised in the Falkland Islands where sheep and penguins live together in harmony. Falklands wool is a high-quality fiber and is known for having great body, a bit of luster, and a pleasant but not obsessive crimp. Chunky weight makes it quick-to-knit.

Recommended knitting needle size US 9-11 (5.5-7 mm), crochet hook size US N-Q (9-11.5 mm).

Hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle in cool water, lay flat to dry. Due to qualities inherent in Falklands wool and the way in which it is spun, this yarn is less likely to shrink when washed. It can still shrink if subjected to agitation or hot and cold cycles. Pick a wash cycle that has a cool wash temperature AND a cool rinse cycle if you machine wash. Match wash and rinse temperature for hand washing as well.
