Please note, for Propsyland products there is a 48 hour return policy  for faulty items only which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return any damaged items. To be eligible for a return, your item must identify as broken via transport and you will be required to share both video & photo footage of both the damaged items PLUS images of the box.
